What We Stand For

Advanced Therapy Mackay was founded in 2020 by Sarah Fenech, who saw a need for more accessible therapeutic options for people with disabilities in the Mackay region. With a focus on NDIS registered services, we provide a range of support including Behaviour Support, psychotherapy, therapeutic support, and counselling services.

Our team is committed to providing personalised therapy that supports individuals in achieving their goals. We believe in being present with each client throughout their journey, working closely with them and their support teams. Rather than focusing on desk-based assessments, we focus on offering hands-on support, practical advice, and mentoring whenever and wherever it's needed.
